Un buen punto por el que se puede empezar es el de determinar que Clases deber\u00e1 tener asignadas la aeronave, y as\u00ed determinar sus requisitos. <a class=\"blank\"> <li>Una vez tenemos claro todos los requisitos que la aeronave debe cumplir, debemos realizar para cada una de las directivas y reglamentos:\n<ul>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Averiguar si existen normas europeas armonizadas.<\/li>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>En el caso de existir normas europeas armonizadas, deberemos decidir si nos acogemos a ellas o bien nos amparamos directamente a un ordenamiento jur\u00eddico, teniendo en cuenta siempre la vigilancia de las normas existentes.<\/li>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Intervenci\u00f3n de un organismo notificado para la verificaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o de la aeronave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Evaluaci\u00f3n de la conformidad.\n<ul>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Fase de dise\u00f1o | Examen EU de tipo.\n<ul>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Un Organismo Notificado examina y eval\u00faa el dise\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico del producto y verifica y da fe de que su dise\u00f1o t\u00e9cnico cumple los requisitos aplicables, emitiendo un certificado de examen CE de tipo, en el que se recogen las caracter\u00edsticas principales de la aeronave evaluada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Fase de Producci\u00f3n.\n<ul>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Se garantiza y declara que los productos son conformes al tipo descrito en el certificado de examen CE de tipo y que cumplen los requisitos esenciales aplicables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<br class=\"blank\"> <li>Elaboraci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n \t<br
