Seg\u00fan esta norma, los <strong>proveedores de servicios de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo (ATS) y los gestores de aer\u00f3dromos y helipuertos<\/strong> pueden requerir un sistema de comunicaciones entre la estaci\u00f3n de control y la dependencia de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo.\n<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/>Cuando sea necesario utilizar la <strong>banda a\u00e9rea<\/strong>, los <strong>pilotos de UAS deber\u00e1n contar con un certificado de formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica de radiofonista<\/strong> y acreditar un conocimiento adecuado del idioma o idiomas empleados en las comunicaciones aeron\u00e1uticas.\n<br class=\"blank\" \/><br class=\"blank\" \/>En otras palabras, si una operaci\u00f3n con UAS requiere coordinaci\u00f3n con un <strong>aer\u00f3dromo, helipuerto o se desarrolla en espacio a\u00e9reo controlado<\/strong>, y en el proceso de coordinaci\u00f3n se exige el uso de <strong>radio durante la operaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 obligatorio disponer de la titulaci\u00f3n de <strong>radiofonista<\/strong> para poder volar.\n\nEste certificado es v\u00e1lido en todo el <strong>territorio nacional y el espacio a\u00e9reo bajo soberan\u00eda espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6395834 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6395834\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Certificado Te\u00f3rico de Radiofonista de UAS<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-106045f elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"106045f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"79\" height=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/eudroneport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/line.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full wp-image-1942\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d40ca7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d40ca7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPara obtener el certificado te\u00f3rico de radiofonista, es necesario completar una <strong>formaci\u00f3n y un examen<\/strong> proporcionados por la Agencia Estatal de Seguridad A\u00e9rea (<strong>AESA<\/strong>) a trav\u00e9s de su <strong>Oficina Virtual en la Sede Electr\u00f3nica<\/strong>.\n<br class=\"blank\"\/><br class=\"blank\"\/>\nEl examen consta de <strong>40 preguntas<\/strong> y dispone de <strong>40 minutos<\/strong> para su realizaci\u00f3n. Para aprobar, es imprescindible responder correctamente <strong>al menos el 75%<\/strong> de las preguntas.\n<br class=\"blank\"\/><br class=\"blank\"\/>\nEs importante destacar que el examen se realiza bajo un sistema de <strong>televigilancia<\/strong> implementado por AESA, por lo que ser\u00e1 necesario otorgar acceso a la <strong>webcam, el micr\u00f3fono y la pantalla<\/strong> del ordenador. En caso de detectarse <strong>irregularidades<\/strong>, el examen puede ser anulado, incluso si la puntuaci\u00f3n obtenida es suficiente para requisitos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Estar acreditados mediante habilitaci\u00f3n anotada en una licencia de piloto de aviaci\u00f3n tripulada activa expedida conforme a la normativa vigente.<\/li><li>Disponer de una licencia activa de controlador de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo expedida conforme a la normativa
