href=\"https:\/\/eudroneport.com\/fr\/autorisations-de-vol\/autorisation-operationnelle\/\">d&rsquo;autorisations op\u00e9rationnelles<\/a> pour le d\u00e9veloppement de vols de surveillance et d&rsquo;inspection automatis\u00e9s et routiniers des infrastructures et des installations, dans des conditions de vol <strong>BVLOS.<\/strong> <\/span>\n\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Comme les vols sont effectu\u00e9s pr\u00e8s de ces infrastructures et \u00e0 basse altitude, les avions pilot\u00e9s ne peuvent pas voler et l&rsquo;espace a\u00e9rien dans lequel ils ont l&rsquo;intention de voler est qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>atypique<\/em><\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Pour que le vol soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un espace a\u00e9rien atypique, il doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 un maximum de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">30 m\u00e8tres au-dessus de la surface survol\u00e9e<\/span>, ce qui peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9 dans certains cas sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/span>\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\nL&rsquo;espace a\u00e9rien class\u00e9 comme atypique peut \u00eatre <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ou non contr\u00f4l\u00e9<\/span>, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente d\u00e9finira les exigences pour sa d\u00e9termination et les proc\u00e9dures de coordination.\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\nCe type de restriction de l&rsquo;espace a\u00e9rien permet aux op\u00e9rateurs d&rsquo;effectuer des vols en BVLOS et en mode automatis\u00e9, suivant un vol programm\u00e9 dans lequel l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur n&rsquo;intervient que lors de la prise de commande de d\u00e9collage et dans l&rsquo;interruption du vol, si n\u00e9cessaire.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec4fbbb elementor-widget style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Vol dans des conditions BVLOS dans la plage de contr\u00f4le du lien C2.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300\">Limit\u00e9 aux vols pr\u00e9programm\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter le risque de collision avec des obstacles.
