Uno dei requisiti riguarda la progettazione del velivolo che, nelle fasi iniziali, doveva essere dimostrato sicuro attraverso il rilascio di un certificato di tipo (TC) o di un certificato di tipo ristretto (RTC), proprio come per gli aerei con equipaggio.\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n\nQuesti certificati sono stati considerati sproporzionati, quindi l&#8217;EASA ha creato un&#8217;opzione pi\u00f9 proporzionata per gli UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems): il rapporto di verifica della progettazione (DVR).\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n\nIl DVR \u00e8 stato richiesto solo quando il rischio di operazioni \u00e8 stato considerato medio, con conseguente esito SAIL III e IV, mentre TC e RTC sono stati riservati alle operazioni ad alto rischio.\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n\nDopo 2 anni di voli di droni in Europa e migliaia di voli effettuati senza registrare incidenti significativi, il DVR sar\u00e0 necessario solo per le operazioni con valore SAIL IV. Con le modifiche applicate, questo scenario sar\u00e0 anche la base per i voli per l&#8217;applicazione dei prodotti fitosanitari in agricoltura.\n<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n\nLe modifiche apportate comprendono:\n<ul><br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n\n \t<li>Il limite di 25 kg per i SUP \u00e8 stato rimosso (pur mantenendo la dimensione massima di 3 metri).<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Conformit\u00e0 alla direttiva 2009\/128\/CE.<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Definizione corretta dei luoghi in cui si svolgeranno le operazioni.<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Aggiunta di operazioni a un&#8217;altitudine massima di 10 metri.<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n<\/li>\n \t<li>La necessit\u00e0 di definire procedure per il volo nello spazio aereo controllato.<br class=\"blank\"><br class=\"blank\">\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Non \u00e8 necessario utilizzare un sistema di contenimento avanzato se il volo \u00e8 condotto in aree in cui l&#8217;area adiacente \u00e8 considerata a basso rischio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
