What training programs do we offer?

A1/A3

Our lineup begins with the A1/A3 course a perfect starting point for beginners. What’s great about this course is that you don’t need any prior experience to start. It’s specially crafted to guide you seamlessly through the essentials and prepare you for the A1/A3 Pilot Exam.

A2

With our A2 training program, you can increase your proficiency as a drone pilot. This extensive online training is meant to be taken as a follow-up to our A1/A3 course and is the secret to passing the A2 Pilot Exam. Along with a collection of condensed videos that are each the product of years of professional experience, this course will prepare you to become an expert A2 UAS pilot.

Based on the A1/A3 course as a starting point, our A2 course is specifically designed to be the fastest and most efficient way to advance your drone flying abilities. Take a look at some of the valuable knowledge you will learn:

STS

After the A1/A3 and A2 course being fully online. We have recently launched our STS course. Enhance your knowledge with our specialised online STS (Specific Category) training. This course uniquely blends the convenience of online learning with hands-on experience: it includes 10 hours of asynchronous online theory, complemented by 2 days of practical training and examination at our UAS Testing Facility.

Throughout this course, you will explore:

 

    • Technical and Operational Mitigations for Air Risk



    • Planning and Performing an Autonomous Flight



    • Understanding Standard Scenarios Rules


    • Mastering Pre-flight and Post-flight Procedures and Maneuvers



In order to qualify for this course, individuals must possess either an A1/A3 certificate or a combination of A1/A3 and A2 certificates. This prerequisite ensures that all attendees have a fundamental understanding of drone operations, allowing for a more in-depth exploration of specific category operations in the STS course.

Radiophonist

The radiophonist course is the last, but most definitely not the least, course we offer. A must-have course for anyone hoping to succeed in aerial communication. This course will help you become an expert communicator in the drone industry, where accuracy and precision are critical. The course covers the fundamentals of drone communication using standardised terminology and protocols, making it suitable for beginners as well as professionals.


Over 10 hours of asynchronous online theory, paired with 4 hours of in-person practical training and examination, you will explore:

    • Basic Theory of Radio



    • Aeronautical Alphabet



    • Pronunciations



    • Equipment Knowledge



    • Emergency Procedures



Although this course gives you a strong foundation in radiophonist skills, it does not qualify you to operate a drone. Drone pilots must hold additional certifications.
