Below you’ll find the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding Light UAS Operator Certificates (LUCs)
The LUC is not a “blank check” for unrestricted operations. The holder may only carry out activities specified in the terms of approval. As such, operating under a LUC certificate brings significant advantages, but also important responsibilities.

The LUC remains valid as long as the operator continues to meet the regulatory requirements and complies with the conditions set out in the certificate.
A LUC certificate is valid throughout the European Union.
